Ingredients

1/2 cup old-fashioned oats1/3 cup chocolate or plain almond milk1 tablespoon baking cocoa1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter, warmed1 tablespoon maple syrupMiniature dairy-free semisweet chocolate chips, optional

Preparation

In a small container or Mason jar, combine oats, milk, cocoa, peanut butter and maple syrup. Seal; refrigerate overnight. If desired, top with additional peanut butter and mini chocolate chips.
