Ingredients
2 pouches (5 ounces each) albacore white tuna in water1/3 cup mayonnaise3 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro2 tablespoons lime juice2 garlic cloves, minced1/4 teaspoon salt1/8 teaspoon pepper8 slices whole wheat bread, toasted if desired4 slices Muenster or provolone cheese1 medium ripe avocado, peeled and sliced
Preparation
In a small bowl, mix the first 7 ingredients. Spread tuna mixture over 4 slices of bread; top with cheese, avocado and remaining bread. Serve immediately.
