Ingredients

8 cups shredded cabbage1 small red onion, halved and thinly sliced1/3 cup minced fresh cilantro1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese1/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise1/4 cup reduced-fat sour cream2 tablespoons rice vinegar2 tablespoons lime juice1 garlic clove, minced1 teaspoon sugar1 teaspoon grated lime zest3/4 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper

Preparation

In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, onion, cilantro and jalapeno. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients; pour over salad and toss to coat.
