Ingredients

3 medium red apples, chopped3 medium Granny Smith apples, chopped1 cup chopped pecans, toasted1/2 cup dried cranberries2 green onions, chopped1/4 cup plus 1-1/2 teaspoons mayonnaise3 tablespoons cider vinegar3 tablespoons honey1 tablespoon plus 1-1/2 teaspoons orange juice1 tablespoon grated orange zest3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon1/4 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

In a large bowl, combine the apples, pecans, cranberries and onions. In a small bowl, whisk the remaining ingredients until blended. Pour over apple mixture; toss to coat. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
