Ingredients
3 tbsp. cinnamon sugar
8 oz. pizza dough
1 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, softened
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. old-fashioned oats
1/4 c. chopped toasted pecans
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. kosher salt
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. (1 stick) butter, softened
3/4 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 tbsp. heavy cream
Preparation
Step 1 Preheat oven to 450° and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Sprinkle about half the cinnamon sugar onto a clean surface. Place pizza dough on sugar, brush with melted butter, and spread remaining sugar on top. Roll pizza dough out into an 9” circle. Step 2Make topping: In a large bowl, combine butter, sugar, oats, pecans, cinnamon, and salt. Beat until smooth, then spread over prepared crust. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until crust is golden. Step 3Meanwhile, make frosting: In a large bowl, combine butter and cream cheese and beat until light and fluffy. Add powdered sugar and vanilla and beat until smooth. Gradually add heavy cream to loosen icing if needed. Step 4Let pizza cool slightly, about 10 minutes, then drizzle with frosting. Cut into slices and serve hot.
