Ingredients

1/2 cup sugar3 teaspoons ground cinnamon1/2 teaspoon salt1 large egg white1 pound large pecan halves

Preparation

Preheat oven to 300°. In a small bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon and salt. In a large bowl, lightly beat egg white. Add pecans; stir until coated. Sprinkle with sugar mixture; mix well.

Spread in a single layer on a greased baking sheet. Bake until lightly browned, 20-25 minutes, stirring once. Remove nuts from baking sheet to cool on waxed paper.
