Ingredients

12 cups torn salad greens2 medium grapefruit, peeled and sectioned2 medium navel oranges, peeled and sectioned2 medium ripe avocados, peeled, pitted and cut into chunks1 small red onion, thinly sliced and separated into ringsDRESSING:1/2 cup canola oil1/4 cup sugar3 tablespoons lemon juice1-1/2 teaspoons poppy seeds1/2 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon ground mustard1/4 teaspoon grated onion

Preparation

Gently toss the first five ingredients. In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine the dressing ingredients; shake well. Drizzle over salad; toss to coat.
