3/4 pound fresh green beans, trimmed2 teaspoons olive oil1 to 2 teaspoons grated orange zestDash salt and pepper
Preparation
Place green beans in a steamer basket; place in a large saucepan over 1 in. of water. Bring to a boil; cover and steam for 8-10 minutes or until crisp-tender.
Transfer beans to a small bowl. Add the oil, zest, salt and pepper; toss to coat.
