Ingredients

1/2 pound bulk sage pork sausage2 packages (10 ounces each) frozen lima beans2 medium carrots, thinly sliced1/2 cup water1/2 teaspoon sugar1/4 teaspoon saltPinch pepper

Preparation

In a saucepan, cook and crumble sausage until no longer pink; drain. add lima beans, carrots, water, sugar, salt and pepper. Cook, uncovered, for 20-25 minutes or until vegetables are tender; drain.
