Ingredients

1/4 cup mayonnaise1/2 teaspoon prepared horseradish1/4 teaspoon dried basil4 croissants, split4 lettuce leaves1 medium tomato, sliced4 cooked bacon strips, halved4 slices deli ham3 hard-boiled large eggs, sliced

Preparation

In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, horseradish and basil; spread over cut side of croissant bottoms. Layer with lettuce, tomato, bacon, ham and eggs; replace tops.
