Ingredients
1 medium head cabbage (about 2 pounds), cut into thin strips 1 cup dried cranberries1 cup sweetened shredded coconut1/3 cup minced fresh cilantro1/4 cup sugar1 cup coconut milk1 cup mayonnaise1/2 cup cider vinegar1/2 cup plain yogurt1/2 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
In a large bowl, toss cabbage, cranberries, coconut, cilantro and sugar. In a small bowl, mix remaining ingredients. Pour over cabbage mixture; toss to coat. Refrigerate until serving.
