Ingredients

2 cups graham cracker crumbs1/2 cup sugar1/2 cup butter, melted2 cups sweetened shredded coconut1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milkTOPPING:1-1/2 cups packed brown sugar6 tablespoons heavy whipping cream1/4 cup butter, cubed3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Preparation

In a small bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter. Press onto the bottom of a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking pan. Bake at 350° for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned.

Combine coconut and milk; spread over warm crust. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool on a wire rack.

In a large saucepan, combine the brown sugar, cream and butter. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil for 1 minute. Remove from the heat; stir in chocolate chips until melted. Spread over coconut layer. Cool before cutting.
