Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour2 cups sugar1 teaspoon baking soda1 cup butter, cubed3 tablespoons baking cocoa1 cup cola1/2 cup buttermilk2 large eggs, beaten1 teaspoon vanilla extract1 cup miniature marshmallowsICING:1/2 cup butter, cubed2 to 3 tablespoons baking cocoa6 tablespoons cola3-1/4 cups confectioners’ sugar1 cup coarsely chopped nuts

Preparation

In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar and baking soda; set aside.

In a saucepan, bring butter, cocoa and cola to a boil; stir into dry ingredients. Stir in buttermilk, eggs, vanilla and marshmallows; mix well.

Pour into a greased 13x9-in. baking pan. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes or until cake tests done.

For icing, combine butter, cocoa and cola in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Remove from heat; stir in confectioners’ sugar and mix well. Spread over hot cake. Sprinkle with nuts. Cool before cutting.
