Ingredients
3 cups water1 pound ground beef, cooked and drained1 medium onion, chopped2 celery ribs, thinly sliced2 medium carrots, sliced1 cup each frozen corn, peas and cut green beans1 tablespoon butter1 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon celery salt1/2 teaspoon garlic powder1/4 teaspoon pepper1-1/2 cups uncooked long grain riceShredded Parmesan cheese
Preparation
In a large saucepan, combine the water, beef, vegetables, butter and seasonings. Bring to a boil. Add rice. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until rice is tender. Fluff with a fork. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
