Ingredients
5 cups cooked cubed peeled potatoes1-1/2 cups sour cream1-1/4 cups shredded Swiss cheese, divided1/2 cup shredded carrot1/4 cup chopped onion2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley1 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon dill weed1/4 teaspoon pepper1/4 teaspoon paprika
Preparation
In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, sour cream, 1 cup of cheese, carrot, onion, parsley, salt, dill and pepper.
Transfer to a greased 8-in. square baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika and remaining cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 25-35 minutes or until bubbly.
