Ingredients
1 package (16 ounces) uncooked elbow macaroni1-1/2 cups mayonnaise3 tablespoons cider vinegar1 tablespoon prepared mustard1-1/2 teaspoons salt1/4 teaspoon pepper1 medium sweet red pepper, chopped1 celery rib, chopped4 green onions, chopped1 jar (4 ounces) diced pimientos, drained3/4 teaspoon poppy seeds
Preparation
Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain. Rinse with cold water and drain well.
In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper. Add macaroni and remaining ingredients; toss to coat. Refrigerate, covered, 2 hours or until cold.
