Ingredients

1 box lasagna noodles

1 package turkey sausage

1 package turkey pepperoni

2 lb. ground turkey

salt

Pepper

garlic powder

Italian seasoning

1 jar tomato sauce

2 eggs

1 container cottage cheese

1 package shredded mild cheddar cheese

1 container Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Boil lasagna noodles in salted water until partially cooked, before they become al dente.Step 2Cut the sausage and pepperoni into bite-size pieces. Brown the turkey and turkey sausage over medium heat and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.Step 3Strain juices from the pan, then add the jar of tomato sauce in with the meat and let simmer for 15-20 minutes.Step 4Place 1 cup meat sauce in the bottom of oblong pan and top with the turkey pepperoni.Step 5Layer drained noodles on top of meat sauce.Step 6In a bowl, combine eggs and cottage cheese. Then spread cottage cheese mixture over each noodle.Step 7Mix the Cheddar and Parmesan cheeses together in a bowl and sprinkle on top of the cottage cheese.Step 8Repeat process.Step 9On the top layer place remaining meat sauce and cheese and let cook until the cheese is fully melted and bubbling. Serve hot at your Super Bowl extravaganza!
