Ingredients

3 large eggs1-1/2 cups milk1 cup canola oil1 tablespoon poppy seeds1-1/2 teaspoons almond extract1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract1 teaspoon butter flavoring3 cups all-purpose flour2-1/2 cups sugar1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder1/2 teaspoon saltGLAZE:3/4 cup confectioners’ sugar1/4 cup orange juice1/2 teaspoon almond extract1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract1/2 teaspoon butter flavoring

Preparation

In a large bowl, beat eggs, milk, oil, poppy seeds, extracts and flavoring. Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt; add to egg mixture until blended.

Pour into a greased and floured 10-in. fluted tube pan. Bake at 350° for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack to cool completely.

In a small bowl, combine glaze ingredients until smooth. Drizzle over cake.
