Ingredients

1 large onion, chopped1 medium green pepper, chopped2 teaspoons olive oil4 garlic cloves, minced1 can (16 ounces) kidney beans, rinsed and drained1 can (16 ounces) fat-free refried beans1 can (15 ounces) black beans, rinsed and drained1 can (14-1/2 ounces) reduced-sodium chicken broth1 can (14-1/2 ounces) stewed tomatoes, cut up3/4 cup salsa2 teaspoons chili powder1/2 teaspoon pepper1/4 teaspoon ground cumin

Preparation

In a large saucepan, saute onion and green pepper in oil until tender. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer. Add the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
