2/3 cup cooked wild rice, chilled1/2 cup coarsely chopped apple1/3 cup sliced celery2 teaspoons dried currants1 teaspoon sunflower kernels2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar1 teaspoon olive oil1 small garlic clove, minced3/4 teaspoon honey3/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard1/4 teaspoon grated orange zestDash salt

Preparation

In a small bowl, combine the wild rice, apple, celery, currants and sunflower kernels. In another bowl, whisk the remaining ingredients. Drizzle over rice mixture; toss to coat. Serve immediately.
