1/2 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley1 tablespoon lemon juice1 tablespoon cider vinegar1 teaspoon spicy brown mustard1/2 teaspoon sugar1/4 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon pepper3 cups cubed cooked chicken1 cup seedless red grapes, halved1 cup thinly sliced celery1 cup pecan halves, toastedLettuce leaves

Preparation

In a large bowl, mix the first eight ingredients until blended. Add chicken, grapes, celery and pecans; toss to coat. Serve on lettuce.
