Ingredients

2 pounds ground beef1 small onion, finely chopped1 envelope chili seasoning mix3 cans (16 ounces each) chili beans, undrained1 can (46 ounces) V8 juice1/2 teaspoon salt1 can (14-3/4 ounces) cream-style cornShredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

In a large Dutch oven or soup kettle, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the seasoning mix, beans, V8 juice and salt. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes.

Stir in corn. Cook and stir over low heat for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese.
