Ingredients

1 package (10 ounces) fresh spinach, torn1-1/2 cups 4% cottage cheese1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted1/2 cup sugar3 tablespoons white vinegar2 teaspoons prepared horseradish1/2 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon ground mustard

Preparation

In a large serving bowl, layer half of the spinach, cottage cheese and pecans. Repeat layers. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Drizzle over salad; toss to coat.
