Ingredients
1-1/2 cups refrigerated fully cooked barbecued shredded pork1 can (14-1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained1 cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained3/4 cup beef broth3/4 cup chopped green pepper1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
Preparation
In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 10-15 minutes or until pepper is crisp-tender.
