Ingredients
4 ounces uncooked fettuccine1/4 cup butter2 teaspoons all-purpose flour3/4 cup 2% milk1/2 cup imitation crabmeat1/2 cup cubed cooked chicken1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese1/3 cup chopped fresh broccoli1/3 cup chopped zucchini2 teaspoons minced fresh parsleySalt and pepper to taste, optional
Preparation
Cook fettuccine according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, melt butter. Stir in flour until smooth. Gradually whisk in milk. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Stir in the remaining ingredients; heat through. Drain fettuccine; top with crab mixture.
