Ingredients

2 cups mayonnaise1/4 cup water1/4 cup 2% milk1/4 cup buttermilk2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese1 tablespoon coarsely ground pepper2 teaspoons finely chopped green onion1 teaspoon lemon juice1/2 teaspoon garlic salt1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Preparation

In a small bowl, whisk all the ingredients. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour. May be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
