Ingredients

1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries6 large apples, peeled and coarsely chopped1/2 cup sugar1/3 cup apple juice1/4 teaspoon ground mace1/8 teaspoon ground coriander

Preparation

In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until apples are tender. Remove from heat and cool slightly. Puree mixture in food processor. Cover and refrigerate.
