Ingredients

1/4 cup sugar2 tablespoons cider vinegar2 tablespoons white wine vinegar1 teaspoon dried minced onion3/4 teaspoon poppy seeds1/8 teaspoon paprika1/4 cup canola oil10 ounces fresh baby spinach (about 12 cups)3/4 cup dried cranberries2 green onions, sliced3/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted

Preparation

Whisk together first 6 ingredients; gradually whisk in oil. In a large bowl, toss spinach, cranberries and green onions with dressing; sprinkle with almonds. Serve immediately.
