1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed2 tablespoons Dijon mustard2 tablespoons honey1 cup finely chopped fresh spinach1/2 cup finely chopped Brie cheese1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts1/4 cup dried cranberries, finely chopped
Preparation
Unfold pastry. Combine mustard and honey; spread over pastry. Layer with spinach, cheese, walnuts and cranberries. Roll up jelly-roll style; cut into 12 slices. Place cut side down on an ungreased baking sheet.
Bake at 400° until golden brown, 15-20 minutes.
