1/3 c. vegetable oil

3 tbsp. water

3/4 c. premade whole cranberry sauce, room temperature

1/3 c. Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Chocolate Frosting

Preparation

Step 1Preheat oven to 350º and line a 9"-x-9" greased pan with parchment so that it hangs over on the sides for easy lifting. Grease the top of parchment.Step 2In a medium bowl, whisk together cream cheese, sugar, and one egg, until smooth.Step 3In another medium bowl, whisk together Betty Crocker™ Supreme Original Brownie Mix, oil, water, and remaining egg. Spread the brownie batter evenly in the pan. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on top of the brownie batter.Step 4Stir the cranberry sauce to loosen it, then drop dollops of the sauce on top of the cream cheese layer. Repeat this with the Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Chocolate Frosting. Using an offset spatula or a butter knife, gently slice through the cream cheese layer to swirl the chocolate, cream cheese, and cranberry sauce.Step 5Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center of the brownies comes out with no wet batter. The brownies will be very fudgy. Let cool and refrigerate for 30 minutes before slicing.
