Ingredients

6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (4 ounces each)1-1/2 cups hot water1 package (6.2 ounces) fast-cooking long grain and wild rice mix1 can (14 ounces) whole-berry cranberry sauce1 tablespoon lemon juice1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350°. Place chicken in a 13x9-in. baking dish coated with cooking spray. In a bowl, mix hot water, rice mix and contents of seasoning packet; pour around chicken.

In a small bowl, mix remaining ingredients; pour over chicken. Bake, covered, until a thermometer inserted in chicken reads 165°, 35-45 minutes.
