Ingredients

1-1/4 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips1 large onion, chopped3 tablespoons butter1-1/3 cups chili sauce3/4 cup whole-berry cranberry sauce1/3 cup packed brown sugar3 tablespoons cider vinegar4-1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce4-1/2 teaspoons prepared mustardHot cooked rice or noodles

Preparation

In a large skillet, saute the chicken and onion in butter until chicken is no longer pink. Add the chili sauce, cranberry sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and mustard. Simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes. Serve over rice or noodles.
