Ingredients
1/2 cup butter, softened1 cup sugar2 large egg, room temperature1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour2 teaspoons baking powder1/2 teaspoon salt3/4 cup 2% milk1 teaspoon vanilla extract1 cup cranberries1-1/2 cups miniature marshmallows1/2 cup light brown sugar1/2 cup chopped pecans2 tablespoons melted butter
Preparation
In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy, 5-7 minutes. Add eggs; beat until well combined. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt. Add flour mixture alternately with milk and vanilla to egg mixture. Fold in cranberries. Spread batter in a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Sprinkle with marshmallows; press into batter. Sprinkle with brown sugar and nuts. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes.
