Ingredients

2 cups fresh cranberries, coarsely chopped1/4 cup sugar1/4 cup sliced green onions1 tablespoon minced fresh cilantro1 tablespoon lime juice1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped1/4 teaspoon grated fresh gingerroot3/4 cup spreadable cream cheese6 flour tortillas (8 inches), room temperature3 cups shredded cooked turkey6 lettuce leaves

Preparation

In a small bowl, combine the cranberries, sugar, onions, cilantro, lime juice, jalapeno and ginger. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Just before serving, spread 2 tablespoons of cream cheese over each tortilla. Top with 3-4 tablespoons cranberry salsa, 1/2 cup turkey and a lettuce leaf; roll up.
