Ingredients

2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries1/2 cup maple syrup1/2 cup honey1 tablespoon grated orange zestAdditional orange zest, optional

Preparation

In a large saucepan, combine the cranberries, syrup, honey and orange zest. Cook over medium heat until the berries pop, about 15 minutes. Cover and store in the refrigerator. If desired, top with additional orange zest before serving.
