Ingredients

3-1/2 cups water1/4 teaspoon salt2 cups quick-cooking oats3 tablespoons sugar1 teaspoon vanilla extract2 teaspoons cinnamon-sugar1/2 cup whole-berry cranberry sauce1/4 cup chopped walnuts, toasted

Preparation

In a large saucepan, bring water and salt to a boil. Stir in oats. Cook 1 minute over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

Remove from heat; stir in sugar and vanilla. Top servings with cinnamon-sugar, cranberry sauce and walnuts.
