Ingredients

1 package (16 ounces) frozen sweet potato fries1 teaspoon pesto sauce mix1/4 teaspoon celery seed1/4 teaspoon ground thymeBURGERS:1 cup whole-berry cranberry sauce1 cup turkey-flavored stuffing mix1/4 teaspoon ground thyme1-1/2 pounds ground turkey1 tablespoon canola oil6 lettuce leaves6 sesame seed hamburger buns, split1/3 cup turkey gravy, warmed6 slices jellied cranberry sauce

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400°. Place fries in a greased 15x10x1-in. baking pan; spritz with cooking spray. Combine the pesto mix, celery seed and thyme; sprinkle over fries. Bake 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine whole-berry cranberry sauce, stuffing mix and thyme. Crumble turkey over mixture and mix well. Shape into 6 patties.

In a large cast-iron or other heavy skillet, cook burgers in oil over medium heat until a thermometer reads 165° and juices run clear, 6-8 minutes on each side.

Place burgers on lettuce-lined buns; top with a spoonful of gravy and a slice of cranberry sauce. Serve with fries.
