Ingredients
3 ounces cream cheese, softened1 package yellow cake mix (regular size)1-1/4 cups water1/2 cup butter, melted3 large eggsChocolate frosting, optional
Preparation
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Beat in cake mix, water, butter and eggs.
Spoon batter by 1/4 cupfuls into paper-lined muffin cups. Bake at 350° until golden brown, 25 minutes. Remove to a wire rack to cool completely. Frost if desired.
