Ingredients
2 pounds beef stew meat, cut into 1-inch cubes1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of celery soup, undiluted1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted1 medium onion, chopped1 jar (6 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained1 envelope onion soup mix1/2 teaspoon pepper1 cup sour creamHot cooked noodles
Preparation
In a 3-qt. slow cooker, combine the first 7 ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until beef is tender. Stir in sour cream. Serve with noodles.
