Ingredients

1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes1 small onion, chopped2 tablespoons butter1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted2/3 cup mayonnaise1/2 cup sour cream2 tablespoons white wine or chicken broth1/8 teaspoon garlic powderSalt and pepper to taste1 cup cubed fully cooked ham4 cups frozen broccoli florets, thawed3 bacon strips, cooked and crumbledHot cooked pasta or rice1 cup shredded Swiss cheese, optional

Preparation

In a large skillet, saute chicken and onion in butter until meat is no longer pink.

Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the soup, mayonnaise, sour cream, wine or broth, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Add to the chicken mixture.

Stir in the ham, broccoli and bacon; cover and cook until heated through. Serve with pasta; sprinkle with cheese if desired.
