Ingredients

6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

1 can Campbell’s® Condensed Cream of Broccoli Soup

c. milk

1/2 tsp. garlic powder

1 jar sliced mushrooms

1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 c. bread crumbs

2 tbsp. butter

Preparation

Step 1Place the chicken into a 3-quart shallow baking dish. Stir the soup, milk, garlic powder and mushrooms in a medium bowl. Spoon the soup mixture over the chicken.Step 2Stir the cheese, bread crumbs and butter in a small bowl.  Sprinkle the cheese mixture over the soup mixture.Step 3Bake at 400 degrees F. for 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.  Stir the sauce and serve with the chicken.Step 4Serving Suggestion: Serve with steamed whole green beans.
