Ingredients

1 cup reduced-fat sour cream1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise1/3 cup fat-free milk2 teaspoons sugar2 green onions, finely chopped2 garlic cloves, minced1 teaspoon salt1/8 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

In a small bowl, whisk the sour cream, mayonnaise, milk and sugar. Stir in the onions, garlic, salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
