Ingredients

2 packages (16 ounces each) frozen corn1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened and cubed4 jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped1/4 cup butter, cubed2 tablespoons water1/2 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

In a 3-qt. slow cooker, combine all ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until corn is tender, stirring occasionally.
