1 cup fat-free mayonnaise1 cup reduced-fat sour cream1/3 cup minced fresh parsley2 tablespoons finely chopped onion1 tablespoon Dijon mustard1 garlic clove, minced1/2 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon pepperAssorted fresh vegetables

Preparation

In a large bowl, combine the first eight ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Serve with vegetables.
