Ingredients

1 package (28 ounces) frozen O’Brien potatoes1 pound smoked kielbasa or Polish sausage, sliced1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted1 cup shredded cheddar cheese1/2 cup water

Preparation

In a 3-qt. slow cooker, combine all ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the potatoes are tender.
