Ingredients

3 to 4 cups shredded cabbage1 cup shredded carrots1 cup thinly sliced green pepper1/2 cup mayonnaise1/4 cup lemon juice1 to 2 tablespoons sugar1 tablespoon prepared mustard1 teaspoon celery seed1 teaspoon salt

Preparation

In a large salad bowl, toss the cabbage, carrots and green pepper. In a small bowl, whisk the remaining ingredients. Pour over cabbage mixture and toss to coat. Chill for at least 2-3 hours.
