4 tilapia fillets (6 ounces each)1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce1 small green pepper, thinly sliced1/2 cup chopped red onion1 teaspoon Creole seasoning
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°. Place tilapia in an ungreased 13x9-in. baking dish. In a small bowl, combine tomato sauce, green pepper, onion and Creole seasoning; pour over the fillets.
Bake, uncovered, until fish flakes easily with a fork, 20-25 minutes.
