Ingredients

2 large eggs, lightly beaten1 can (12 ounces) evaporated milk2 cups quick-cooking oats1 cup finely chopped onion2 teaspoons salt2 teaspoons chili powder1/2 teaspoon garlic powder1/2 teaspoon pepper3 pounds ground beefSAUCE:2 cups ketchup1-1/2 cups packed brown sugar1/2 cup chopped onion

Preparation

In a large bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into 1-in. balls. Place in 3 greased 13x9-in. baking dishes.

Combine the sauce ingredients; pour over meatballs. Bake, uncovered, at 325° until meat is no longer pink, about 1 hour.
