Ingredients

2/3 cup honey1/2 cup canola oil1/3 cup packed brown sugar2 teaspoons vanilla extract4 cups old-fashioned oats1 cup sliced almonds1 cup sweetened shredded coconut1/2 cup sesame seeds1/2 cup salted sunflower kernels2 cups raisins

Preparation

Preheat oven to 300°. In a small saucepan, combine honey, oil and brown sugar; cook and stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved. Remove from the heat; stir in vanilla.

In a large bowl, combine oats, almonds, coconut, sesame seeds and sunflower kernels. Add honey mixture, stirring until evenly coated. Spread onto 2 greased 15x10x1-in. baking pans.

Bake 20 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in raisins. Bake until lightly toasted, about 10 minutes longer. Cool completely in pans on wire racks, stirring occasionally. Store in an airtight container.
