Ingredients

2 cups mashed sweet potatoes1/2 cup butter, melted1/4 cup sugar1/4 cup packed brown sugar2 large eggs, lightly beaten1/2 cup 2% milk1 teaspoon ground cinnamon1/2 teaspoon ground nutmegTOPPING:1 cup crushed cornflakes1/2 cup chopped walnuts1/4 cup packed brown sugar1/4 cup butter, cubed

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375° In a large bowl, combine first eight ingredients. Spoon into a greased 1-1/2-qt. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, 20 minutes or until a thermometer reads 160°.

Combine topping ingredients; sprinkle over potatoes. Bake 5-10 minutes or until topping is lightly browned.
